Lance began in the auction industry the very same day his father did in 1988.  He started out at a young age running sheets when clerking was still done by hand, graduated to a ring-man to catch bids and quickly became a backup auctioneer at the age of 12.  He has been calling bids ever since and is a professional of the trade.  Lance comes with a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the identification and value of merchandise, how to market your assets and maximizing the return of your property to meet your goals.

Kelly has many years of experience within the industry as well and serves as the office manager for the business.  She puts the “service” in customer service and always with a smile to ensure our customers have a wonderful buying experience.  Kelly also oversees our clerking and cashiering services to guarantee our client settlements balance to the penny, are provided to you in a timely fashion and presented in a professional portfolio.

Larkin also grew up in the family business and is now our head Clerk. This is the most important position in the business on sale day because she has to keep up with all of the descriptions, bidder numbers, and prices with great accuracy! Our computerized clerking program allows for a hassle-free process for both buyers and sellers.
